Follow Friday is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read. It's a great way to meet new blogger friends. This weeks question is:
Q. If you could write yourself a part in a book, what book would it be and what role would you play in that book?
Hmmm.... If it was a book that was not written yet it would be paranormal romance. I would be the main character (as they are usually alive at the end). I would have to have powers of my own though. I would want to be a stong a character as possible. If I was to be in a book that is already written...I am going to go with Mara Dyer. I would have to put myself as some form of competition for Noah's heart.(Sigh!) If that doesn't work out I would love to be in Harry Potter and just be a witch at school that was friends with Neville. Getting to see Hogwarts would be awesome.
Book Blogger Hop is a weekly meme hosted by Crazy For Books. It's a great way to meet new people and friends around the blogworld!
Q. “What’s the LONGEST book you’ve ever read?”
(Note: I’m putting one caveat on this question. You aren’t allowed to say the Bible, Torah, Qur’an, or other religious/spiritual text.)
I am pretty sure it's the Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest by Stieg Larsson. It's just under 600 pages I believe.
**Edit** I just realized that the last few Harry Potter books are longer than this I believe. So it would actually be whatever Harry Potter book is the longest (Order of the Phoenix is the longest I believe).
Happy weekend and Happy reading!
Happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteI haven't read the Millenium Series yet (it's on my TBR list), but I wasn't aware that the books are that thick.
And the world always needs more kick-butt paranormal heroins!

Just hopping through! :)
ReplyDeleteI really have to read those books. I have The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, but I've heard such mixed reviews on it I usually choose to read a different book instead of it. I definitely should give it a read some time soon!

ReplyDeleteHappy Friday!! :D
I'm reading the H.P. books now. They suck you in, starting off manageable but getting longer and longer, don't they? Still, the adventure is captivating.
ReplyDeleteI loved the Millennium books. Would happily have read more. Loved the Harry Potter books too. I thought only the last one could have done with some editing.
