Follow Friday


Follow Friday is a weekly meme hosted Parajunkee and Alison Can Read. It's a great way to meet new blogger friends.

This week I happen to be the FEATURE blogger on Alison Can Read and am very excited to be featured on such a great blog.

This weeks question is:

Q: Christmas in July! Someone gives you a gift card for two books (whatever that costs). What two books will you buy?

I have so many books I would love to purchase. If I were able to purchase any two books I think I would select Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn and Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma. I have heard so many wonderful things about Gone Girl and I am quite excited to read it. As for Forbidden, I had read it awhile ago and loved it and have yet to purchase my own copy.

    Congratulations on being a featured blog this week. I have a request in at the library for Gone Girl. It does sound good. Forbidden...that's the incest one, right? Reminds me a bit of the V.C. Andrews Flowers in the Attic books. I'm curious to see how the author handles it- look forward to reading your review.

    Interesting choices! I actually hate it when I read a book I do not own and find myself loving it, because then I have to buy a copy (I mean, how am I gonna survive without one???) and miss out on a story I haven't read yet... whatever :)

    Gone Girl does sound like an interesting mystery thriller. I have heard great things about Forbidden but I do not read sad books. I know the ending and there is no way I can read it! LOL I'm following GFC! Congrats on being featured!
