I have enjoyed reading Wendy Higgins' books in the past and was immediately intrigued by the idea of her writing a retelling of Psyche and Cupid's story. She's promised us a 'scorcher' and that has me even more excited to read it.

It comes out right before Valentine's Day so I am thinking some chocolate, wine, a face mask, a bath bomb, and this book will be my Valentine Day's plan.

Weekly Obsessions

The awesome Kelly at KellyVision started posting a weekly post highlighting whatever she happened to be obsessed with that week. I LOVE this idea, so much in fact that I will be doing it myself every Saturday.

Once again posting this on a Sunday because I don't have any new books to share this week. It's also a very small Weekly Obsessions post. Next week should be heavier as there are a lot of movie trailers I am excited for being released and hopefully we'll start getting spring/summer cover reveals soon.

This caught my attention when Wendy promised a 'scorcher' of a novel. I am hoping it is as sexy as I think it is going to be. The cover certainly gives that impression. I love the gold undertones for this Cupid/Psyche retelling.

I am looking forward to seeing what Wendy does with this myth when this book releases next year.
