  1. I've only read The Raven but I really liked it. One of the few things we studied at school that I actually enjoyed. I have to read some more Poe.

  6. I am ashamed to admit this, but... I haven't read anything of Poe's work :S DON'T HATE ME! If it makes up for anything, I've read Nevermore by Kelley Creagh, which has a lot of Poe inspiration in it. And I loved that book!!

SO excited to read this though, it sounds AMAZING!! Thank you so much for the giveaway!

  7. My favorite has to be The Raven, just because I actually live in Baltimore and our football team is the Ravens and we have some lines from the poem on some of the shirts. It's just the most well-known around here. I also like The Tell-Tale Heart.

  9. Growing up in Germany, I have never really read anything by Poe, which I'm definitely regretting now. I've read various other authors though like Goethe or Schiller. :D

  15. I adore the poem, Annabell Lee, which I find both sweet and sad (and pretty much as cheerful as Poe gets).

  16. I already bought the book, but darn, those bracelets look GOOOOOOOD! :D My favorite Poe's story would be the one about a guy getting walled in - not sure what it was called and I'm unfortunately too lazy to look it up (or hide my laziness for that matter) - but I'm sure you know it, it's really famous! A while ago I've read like a whole book filled with Poe's stories and there were some truly wicked ones.. Can't remember the titles, tho xD *bad brain.. no good*
Anyhoo! Awesome to see you supporting this book so much, Kathy! Can't wait to read it! :)
